Velocity Development / Arm Strength
Building velocity and arm strength is like cooking eggs, everyone has their favorite way to prepare and cook. In the end, everyone just wants to eat! There is no denying that velocity gains can be made by increasing physical strength, improving mechanics, teaching the arm to go faster and teaching the arm to slow down more efficiently. At The Throwing Club, we realize there are many programs promising to increase velocity. However, we feel that our throwing program and the process we incorporate is second to none.
